Hello!
Last week was a lot of fun! The weeks are starting to blur together, so hopefully I can keep everything straight.
Last Monday we went to Fayetteville to play basketball with all of the other Elders from our zone. I ended up getting hit in the jaw which made me bite my tongue. It hurt real bad and I talked with a lisp for most of last week, but it's all better now.
I don't remember if I talked about conference last week, but Elder Holland's talk was my favorite.
Last week I got to go on exchanges with Elder Smith. We had a lot of fun knocking on doors. It never ceases to amaze me how willing people are to listen to us when we have the spirit with us.
Lately my favorite scripture has been Philippians 4:7 -
"And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Lumberton isn't a very peaceful place, so when that sweet peace comes, everyone wants to get a hold of it. I hope y'all can find time to feel that peace this week.
